One product, more than one conversation

Casa Oliva needed to present its products to people with different needs. One visitor wants to explore the range and imagine a product at home. Another needs information for resale or food service. The brand is the same, but each journey is different.

This distinction helps organize communication before designing a page. What does each person need to find? What information should appear first? And what is the next step in the conversation?

Identity applied to navigation

In this project, identity, content and website work together. The logo makes the brand recognizable; product categories help visitors find their way; the origin story adds context; and separate paths for consumers and businesses make the site more useful.

The website is only the start of the relationship. WhatsApp connects the online presentation to the ordering process. That handoff works when the message customers receive matches what they saw on the site.

A strong digital presence also knows how to drive the next conversation.
